Tomorrow Hannah will be having surgery to repair her laryngeal cleft, replace her ear tubes and an ABR (sedated hearing test). Please pray that all will go well and she will have an uneventful and quick recovery. She is scheduled for 7:30 am.
Hannah had her pre-op physical today and I am not sure why we even had to go. They didn't bother to take vitals, listen to her heart, lungs or bowels. They did look into her ears and throat?? My 4 year old could have done just as good a job!!!!!!
Here is a sneak peak into what Clare has been up to lately: http://littleflowerprojects.blogspot.com/2011/12/mei-mei-helps-out.html. I hope you enjoy it.
Thank you for the prayers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO sorry that today was such a disappointment! I understand how scary it is to trust these medical people with the treasure that is a daughter...our precious treasure of a daughter. To have them treat her the way they did the day before does not bring reassurance and comfort that they care for her the way you do! YET, we know that the Lord knows and He can do anything.
ReplyDeleteI pray that YOU will have peace but also that your precious daughter will have peace as it is so important that her body is relaxed even before being put out. I pray for God's guidance on every medical person involved from WAY at the beginning to WAY at the end. I pray for comfort for all that are waiting. I pray that the surgeries will be ones that will provide relief and not more pain. In Jesus' name, amen
